Vitamin D For Bones, Teeth, Cancer, Diabetes, And Heart

Vitamin D keeps bones and teeth strong. It also reduces risks for cancer, diabetes, and heart disease. Everyone needs vitamin D from babies, children, teenager, and adults.

The vitamin can be found in milk, bread, and cereals. But the best source of this vitamin is sunlight. Our body will make vitamin D when sunshine hits our skin.

According to pediatricians from Chicago, USA, children need more vitamin D. Children need 400 units vitamin D every day or at least four glass of milk. So, it is good for children to play in the sun. The best time to get the sunlight is in the morning until around 9.00 a.m.
